NAIOP's 2014 Colorado Multi-family project of the year, Line 28 is a mixed-use build consisting of 130 rental units over tenant retail and leasing offices, with 3 levels of subterranean garage parking, a pool, club room, fitness room, game and lounge clubhouse, and leasing center. Line 28 is located adjacent to the 16th Street Pedestrian near Downtown Denver.
